Yoga

A guide of healing, movement and gentle transformation.

Caroline brings a deeply soulful and nurturing presence to every class she leads.

With decades of experience in yoga, spiritual healing, life coaching and holistic therapies, her approach gently weaves together movement, breath and stillness — offering each participant a journey inward, toward rest, renewal and reconnection.

Her classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and all ages — no experience needed. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have practiced for years, you’ll be welcomed just as you are. Special prices are also available for block bookings, making it easier to commit to your well-being.

Caroline is the founder of Yoga Walks Ireland, known for her intuitive and nature-based teachings that blend ancestral wisdom with embodied practices. Her classes are a sanctuary for those seeking peace, joy and harmony — and a deeper relationship with themselves and the world around them.

Whether guiding a hike through the mountains, leading a gentle yoga class beneath the trees, or holding sacred space for meditation and ceremony, Caroline meets each moment with kindness, authenticity and care.

She believes that the body holds the answers, the land speaks and the soul longs to be listened to — and through her work, she creates space for all three to be honoured.
