SYMPATHY
Sincere sympathy to Anthon, Joanne and the McGrath family, Ballinatona, Kilbehenny on the recent death of Anthon's father, Tony McGrath, Graiguecullen, Carlow. Tony's remains were interred in St. Conleth's Cemetery, Newbridge, Co. Kildare. May Tony's gentle soul rest in peace in God's Heavenly Kingdom.
GALTEE LADIE'S CELEBRATION NIGHT
A most enjoyable night was had in Kilbehenny Community Centre last Saturday night when the Galtee Gaels Ladies Club had a lovely celebration entitled " Sip and Dine". Lovely food was prepared and served up by David Fitzgerald, Ballyporeen. The ladies sat down and the gents did the serving - well done to all.
DANCING
February 20th sees the return of Ger Healy, better known as "The Singing Jarvey" for a great night of music and dancing. Ger is no stranger to this locality, having played here a few times in the past. Dancing commences at 9pm. Tea and treats served. All for €10.
BINGO
Bingo continues every Sunday night 8pm. Doors open 7.30pm.
