Sympathies

Sincere sympathy to the Lawton families, Ballygiblin and Glanworth on the recent death of Margo Hegarty (nee Lawton).  Margo was laid to rest alongside her dear parents in St. Dominic's Old Cemetery, Glanworth.   May Margo's gentle soul rest in peace in God's Heavenly Kingdom.

Sincere sympathy to the MacDermott & Riordan families, Ballylanders on the recent death of Sean MacDermott.  Sean's remains were cremated in Shannon Crematorium on Monday.  May Sean's gentle soul rest in peace in God's Heavenly Kingdom.

Back To School

By the time the readers will get to read the Avondhu, all students will be firmly settled back into school routine.  Wishing everybody the very best of luck whether you are starting school in Junior  Infants, starting Secondary school or starting College, may the road ahead be a very pleasant one for everybody.
