ANGLESBORO/ KILBEHENNY SENIOR CITIZENS PARTY TO BE RELAUNCHED Ramble Inn Mitchelstown on Sunday 7th December at 2pm - Limited Numbers so book quickly

The Anglesboro/Kilbehenny senior citizens party, once one of the most popular events on the annual social calendar in South Limerick, is to be relaunched. The first Sunday in December was once always a great day out for the senior citizens of the parish it was then organised by the ladies of the now defunct Anglesboro/ Kilbehenny Pioneer Association but many of these members have sadly passed away. A new committee has now been formed to revive the Christmas party which will take place in the Ramble Inn Mitchelstown on Sunday 7th December at 2pm with music by Pat Daly.  Numbers are limited and names should be submitted to any of the following as soon as possible:

Patricia Moloney on 087-9506056,

Carmel Quirke 086-0566178,

Lane's Shop, Anglesboro,

Marie Spillane 086 - 0787889 or

Moss Fitzgerald in Kilbehenny. 087-8214991

The organisers will also be delighted to accept spot prizes for the raffle..

BOTTLE BANKS IN HALL GROUNDS

Please use the bottle banks respectfully.    If they're full, please take away your bottles and come back another time.   Also, please do not leave boxes, bottles etc., at the base of the bottle banks.   The DSP team do an great job in keeping this area tidy at all times and the least we can do is respect their work.    Recently, an application was made with a view to having a second Clear Glass bottle bank installed, but this request was rejected.  If you come with bottles etc., and you find that some or all of the banks are full, please alert one of the members of the DSP team or a member of Kilbehenny Community Centre Committee.   A small bit of respect goes a long way.    It is a wonderful facility to have in our community.
