SYMPATHIES

Sincere sympathy to Lizzie, Pa and the wider O'Mahony and Dineen families on the recent death of Lizzie's sister, Kathleen Cunningham, Galtee View, Galbally.   Kathleen's remains were interred in her native Galbally.  May Kathleen's gentle soul rest in peace in God's Heavenly Kingdom.

Sympathy is extended to the O'Donoghue family, Glenacunna, Ballyporeen on the recent death of their Mother, Mary O'Donoghue.  Mary has been re-united with her beloved Pad in St. Mary's Cemetery, Ballyporeen.   May Mary's gentle soul rest in peace in God's Heavenly Kingdom.

ICA NEWS

The annual ICA tour took place on Wednesday 11th June.  Our destination this year was in the direction of Limerick.   We started with Lough Gur, then headed on to Old Irish Ways and then we headed to Coolwater Gardens in Fedamore.  Having all the viewing done, we made our way  to the Crescent Shopping Centre, Limerick  for the usual retail therapy.   Leaving Limerick at 6 o'clock, we headed back to The Firgrove Hotel, Mitchelstown where we were served up a sumptuous meal.  Grateful appreciation to Pat Tangney and his team especially Caroline who looked after us very well.  Thank you guys.  Thank you to O'Sullivans Bus Company, Kildorrery and our very courteous driver, Eugene. On behalf of Kilbehenny ICA, I would like to thank everybody who travelled with us and Please God we will do it all over again in 2026 but a different direction.

BINGO

Bingo continues every Sunday night in Kilbehenny Community Centre.  Start time 8pm. Doors open 7.30pm.  Good money to be won.

DANCE

Your dancing needs will be met in Kilbehenny Community Centre on Friday night 20th June where you can dance the night away to Michael & Phomena O'Brien all the way from the County Clare.  Polish up those dancing shoes.  Dancing starts 9pm.  Looking forward to your company.
